What can be funded now
Three routes, no overlaps.
Completed activities and costs already covered by another funder cannot be funded again. For everything ahead, there are three options.
The next phase of a programme
A new group, other localities or a missing component. The project has its own start, end and results, with data from previous years as the starting point.

Four rules we stick to.
One expense, one source
In our accounts, every cost is assigned to a single project. We never ask for money for something another funder has already paid for.
Nothing retroactive
We only seek funding for activities that start after the contract is signed. Completed projects are presented as experience, never budgeted again.
Parallel applications, declared
If a project is submitted to several funders, we say so in every application. If two are approved, we split the activities clearly between them.
Reporting and visibility on your terms
We report narratively and financially by the contractual deadlines. We use the logo and acknowledgement wording you require and send materials for approval before publication.
