The Social Innovation Lab.
Solutions tested in Europe, brought to Vrancea. We start from an officially measured problem, look for the European model that has already solved it and adapt it, with experts, for the county’s children, young people and older people.

Methodology
Six steps, from data to impact.
The same method for every initiative. Transparent, repeatable and easy for any funder to verify.
- The problem, officially measuredWe start only from public data: Eurostat, INS, OECD, the European Commission.
- The proven European modelWe look for the solution that has already worked in other EU countries, with evaluated results.
- Checking in RomaniaWe make sure the model doesn’t already exist here, so we don’t duplicate others’ work.
- Adapting with expertsWe build the Vrancea version together with specialists and teachers.
- Community pilotWe test on a small scale, in partner schools and villages, from 2027.
- Measurement and public reportWe publish the results — what worked and what didn’t — before any scaling up.

Regulation (EU) 2024/1991 on nature restoration
National restoration plans (submitted in September 2026) and measures covering at least 20% of the EU’s area by 2030.
