About this website

The website grupulverde.ro is run by Asociația Grupul Verde (Tax ID/CIF 44109108), Adjud, Vrancea County. By using the website you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website.

Permitted use

• you may read, share and quote the content for informational, educational and non-commercial purposes, provided you credit the source;
• you may not use the website for unlawful purposes, attempt to compromise its security or harvest data from it automatically in bulk;
• you may not present our content as if it belonged to someone else, nor suggest a partnership with the association that does not exist.

Intellectual property

The texts, visual identity, animated logo, illustrations and photographs belong to Asociația Grupul Verde or to partners who have granted us the right to use them. The Cisco, Code.org, Marty the Robot, UNESCO and other partner trademarks belong to their respective owners and are mentioned only to describe our collaborations. Materials in the Resources section may carry their own licences, indicated for each item.

Donations and Form 230

Donations are voluntary and are used exclusively for the association’s statutory activities. The form on the website does not process payments: it prepares an e-mail message, after which we send you the payment details. If you made a donation by mistake, write to us within 30 days at office@grupulverde.ro and we will look into a refund. Redirecting 3.5% of your income tax through Form 230 costs you nothing extra.

Accuracy of information

The impact figures and contract numbers we publish come from our reports and project documents. The 2035–2040 objectives are targets, not results, and are marked as such. We update the information continually; if you spot an error, please write to us.

Links to other websites

The website contains links to external platforms and organisations (for example, Cisco Networking Academy, Code.org, UNESCO). We do not control the content or policies of these websites and are not responsible for them.

Limitation of liability

We make every effort to keep the website available, secure and accurate, but we cannot guarantee that it will operate without interruption. To the extent permitted by law, the association is not liable for indirect damage caused by use of the website or by its temporary unavailability.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute will first be settled amicably; failing an agreement, by the competent courts of Romania. The processing of personal data is described separately in the Privacy Policy. Last updated: 26 September 2026.
